By the end of each session, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of how your actions, language, and habits shape the story your team experiences. You’ll also gain practical tools to help you lead with clarity, build trust, and create a sense of shared purpose that aligns with your vision.

Overview
DAY EVENT - A powerful whole-day experience designed to bring your vision for student growth to life. Using our unique Myth-Weaving approach, we help strengthen students’ personal and social awareness in line with the goals you set as a leader.
The day includes:
Two engaging workshops for students
Personalised coaching for up to 10 selected students, each receiving an actionable 12-month growth plan
Ongoing support for student mentors through follow-up calls—counting as PD hours for teachers
Curriculum Resources - 12 months' access to ready-to-use, subject-specific units explicitly aligned with the Australian Curriculum's General Capabilities. Each differentiated unit includes its own comprehensive teacher guide—NO extra preparation required!
Individual Workshops - Dynamic, story-driven sessions that build students’ personal and social awareness through captivating historical narratives and real-world case studies.
Outcome
By the end of each program, students will have practical tools to build resilience, set and achieve meaningful goals, and strengthen their personal and social awareness. Whether through our engaging Day Events or comprehensive Curriculum Resources, teachers will have full support with easy-to-use materials explicitly designed to enhance their teaching, address the General Capabilities, and significantly reduce their planning time.

Overview
Designed to be a practical and personal approach. You will work with one of our coaches individually to practice overcoming challenges and obstacles on your leadership journey.
Outcome
Developing more effective strategies for well-being and stress management, developing reflective practices to enhance problem solving and communication skills (soft skills), increased self-assurance in handling diverse and unique situations. Developing a unique and tailored leadership narrative that can be used to guide you and others with you.
